Abdulla Yarmukhamedov /Yarmukhamedov Abdullah He was born on November 13, 1896 in Zhetysai village of Shymkent region. Nationality - Kazakh.

In 1906, instead of the landlord's son, he was sent to study at the Russian Reform School (RTSH). However, he did not finish this school, but transferred to the city school in Samarkand, where he graduated in 1913.

  1. In 1914, he worked as a secretary and later as a translator in the district administration.
  2. In October 1917, the Council of Soldiers' and Workers' Deputies in the city of Kattakorgan (present-day Uzbekistan) elected him the head of the district militia.
  3. In February 1918, Mitak was appointed to the district police department.
  4. In 1919, he joined the ranks of the Bolshevik Party and became the secretary and then the chairman of the Kattakorgan district militia. In December of the same year, he was elected as a member of the board of the Emergency Commission (EC) in the city of Kattakorgan.
  5. In 1920, he served as the chairman of the Central Committee of the city of Kattakorgan, then as the chairman of the district executive committee, and then as the commissioner for the fight against publishers.
  6. In 1921, he became the chairman of the regional executive committee in Samarkand.
  7. In 1923, he was the deputy chairman of the revolutionary committee of the Ferghana Front.
  8. From March 1923, he was the deputy chairman of the People's Commissariat of Internal Affairs (NKVD) of the Turkestan ASSR.
  9. In December 1924, he was appointed People's Commissar of the NKVD of the Turkestan ASSR. In the same year, he became a member of the Turkestan Central Executive Committee (TurkCEC).
  10. In 1924, he served as the commissar of the Kyzylkum expedition.
  11. In March 1926, he was appointed People's Commissar of Internal Affairs of the Tajik ASSR by the decision of the Central Asia Bureau.
  12. After returning to the homeland, A. Zharmukhamedov first served as Deputy People's Commissar of Trade, then as chairman of Semey, Aktobe District Executive Committees and Almaty City Council.
  13. In 1932-1934, he was the first secretary of the Aktobe regional committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan.
  14. From November 9, 1933 - the commissar of justice.
  15. In 1934 A. Jarmukhamedov organized the Regional Council of Justice Workers. On his initiative, a legal department was opened at the Institute of Soviet Construction in Almaty.
  16. In 1935-1940, he served as the chairman of the district executive committee in Aulieata (now Taraz) district and Ural city.

Awards:

Awarded the Order of the Red Banner three times:

- in 1923, to eliminate oppression in the Alai Valley (Order No. 2430 of the Revolutionary Military Council of the Red Army).

- Order № 267 of September 4, 1924.

- Order № 211/56 dated April 3, 1928.

He was awarded a Mauser pistol and a gold watch for his bravery in the fight against the oppressors.

He was awarded the 2nd degree of the Order of the Red Star of Bukhara for the destruction of the Basmashi in the west of Bukhara.

During the Soviet government, school No. 118 in Tashkent was named after him.

He died on September 21, 1940.

Warning

Before the introduction of the title "Hero of the Soviet Union" in the USSR, the Order of the Red Banner was considered the highest award for military valor.

It should be noted that until the 1980s, Abdullah Zharmuhamedov was listed as an Uzbek in some documents.
